Have you ever seen the pictures or hear of people Wearing the Oil pump drive shaft collar away filling there motor with metal shaving and allowing the DS to make contact with connecting rods. The problem is caused by the Oil pump drive shaft collar not getting proper lubrication. The retention plate’s have 6 oil groves milled on both sides so no matter what oil will get in there and lubricate it. These are brand new made in house.

Great idea! Looks to be made of quality metal. I had to clean up the inner and outer edges of mine with a small round file to get the rough edges down to smooth. High price to have to go over it with a file. BUT!! It is a small price to pay if you’ve ever had the stock one fail. Well worth the money.
