General Warranty

PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC. Limited Warranty Statement.

PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC warrants all their labor to be free of failure when performed at their shop. All labor jobs paid in full will come with a 12 Month workmanship guarantee as they performed the job free from customer dictation. This means that if the customer dictates job procedure, other than PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC recommended procedure, it will not be warrantied. The warranty applies to the original purchaser / end-user and is nontransferable in any circumstance. When a failure occurs it will be up to a representative from PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC to determine the cause and corrections that will take place. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC reserves FULL right to accept or deny any warranty claim as it sees fit per occurrence. During a repair claim, ONLY the processes that PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC performed and was paid for in the original invoice by the customer, will be honored. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC warranty must be performed at a PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE facility and pre-approved in order to honor the policy. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC does not pay any invoices from other companies claiming to be warranty work. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC does not warranty third party services/labor not directly performed by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC. Third party services/labor will be warrantied by the individual third party. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC does not offer a warranty on failures of parts not supplied or manufactured by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC . All Parts supplied by customers will have no warranty for that individual part or the labor it causes. All parts not solely manufactured by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC will not be warrantied by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC and will be subjected to the original equipment manufacturers’ warranty of the part. All performance oriented parts and jobs that exceed stock factory level will have no warranty for any parts due to failure because of abuse/stress or otherwise not being intended for the purpose it was used for. All performance modifications are made/purchased at the buyers risk and knowledge that they use it at their own risk. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC does not pay contingencies due any warranty job. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC is not liable for damages made to a vehicle after it leaves from our facility. If there is a damage reported it must be done before the vehicle leaves the premises and proof that it was not a pre-existing condition will be required for any repair or compensation. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC warrants that all their work is performed in good faith with the customer. Repairs are assessed and agreed upon as finished at the time of payment. Any labor not paid in full or not performed at PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC will not be warrantied. Any dispute of labor not performed must be made before invoice is paid and finalized. All PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC manufactured parts will come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated for that individual part. All parts warranties must be assessed by a PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC representative for failure analysis before any parts replacement will be awarded. Parts made by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC will carry a “Parts only” replacement warranty. Unless the part manufactured by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC was installed by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC, it will have no labor costs paid after failure. No other related parts or fluids will be covered by the “Parts only” warranty. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC will cover replacement shipping of said warranty part, if the part had shipping costs attached to the original invoice.

Performance Parts Warranty Disclaimer

Due to the nature of performance applications, the parts in this catalog are sold without any expressed warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular reason PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replaced parts, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise or result from the sale, installation, or use of these parts.

PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC will not be liable for towing charges, rental car, travel/lodging expenses or any other claims for special, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise under the provisions of this warranty.

Satisfaction Guarantee

PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC would like you to shop with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the products condition. (shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) See complete return policy below.

Shipping and Tax Policy

PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS to give you the best prices on shipping. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Additional shipping charges will apply to areas not within the lower 48 United States.

When will my product be shipped out?

Most products ordered on this site will ship within 1-3 weeks as they are built to order, exceptions may include items that have back ordered parts and/or longer lead times on building.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Once an order ships, most orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date/lead times please contact us via the contact form.

APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)

PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC can ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses via the US Postal Service. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Canadian Duties & Taxes

The recipient of an international Canadian shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you the recipient; PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC has no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from city and province; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

US Sales Tax

Items sold by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC, and shipped to destinations in the state of Ohio are subject to tax.

Product & Core Return Policy

A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, and must be written on the outside shipping carton. Contact PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipment instructions.

Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
Returnable items must be received by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by UPS Tracking info)
Returned product must be in new, resell able condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 30% may be assessed.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned to PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:

Product has been installed and/or used
Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
Seal on electrical parts is broken
Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
Product is deemed not resell able by PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC due to customer’s own actions in dealing with the product

Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.

Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC will carry an automatic 30% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.

Core returns

Core credit returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase and must include an RMA number to be eligible for a core refund. After 30 days, core credit refunds will be at the discretion of PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core. The credit card used for the purchase of the product will be credited with the core’s original invoiced value AFTER inspection. Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components (even from shipping) will not receive a core credit

Liability

Our products are for RACE/COMPETITION USE ONLY! Any other use, on ANY road, public or private, within the USA, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Use of this product may damage or destroy mechanical and/or electrical components of this vehicle.

Use of this product may void or nullify the vehicles factory warranty.

User understands that motorsports are dangerous, and that installation of this product may subsequently require special driving skills or techniques to safely operate the vehicle.

User assumes sole responsibility for the safe, proper, and legal use of the vehicle at all times.

The purchaser and end user releases, indemnifies, discharges, and holds harmless PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC from any and all claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, or expenses resulting from or relating to the use or installation of this product that is in violation of the terms and conditions on this page, the product disclaimer, and/or the product installation instructions. PUNCH-OUT PERFORMANCE & MACHINE LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, statutory, or incidental damages or fines cause by the use or installation of this product.
